Tevin was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient and very experienced. We have used Zerorez previously, have referred others who have also had great experiences and will continue to use Zerorez in the future! Also, we have a cat and feel very comfortable with the safety of the products. We highly recommend!!

We will never use anyone else to clean our carpets! We are a multiple dog home and Zerorez always gets our carpets looking and smelling new! Michael was at our home Monday and was courteous and respectful, and wasted no time getting our carpets clean! So thankful to Michael and Zerorez!

Tech was nice but super disappointed in the result. Carpet is less than a year old and had some movers come in and tread a little dirt in so figured we would hire carpet cleaners to get it done quickly. The man didn’t pay attention to the stains or areas and looks like all he did was put lines in the carpet as a vacuum would. When asked about it he said that stain removal would cost extra. For over $200 and relatively new carpet the few stains/areas were what we called for. Very disappointing.
