I cannot recommend that anyone use Zen Windows of Nashville based on my experience. This project has finally completed and we are happy with the windows, but the company is very unprofessional and cost me a lot of time due to no/poor communication. Brad refused to respond to direct questions multiple times in email and we had multiple other communication problems including no call / no show on scheduled dates. We searched a number of window replacement firms. Brad of Zen Windows was the most thorough in his estimate, appeared to offer several hi-quality lines and very competitive pricing. Plus, important to us, the windows are US made. We couldn’t be more satisfied. The install crew was competent, speedy and did a superb job while also completely cleaning up each day. The windows are a great improvement ; we’re glad we made the investment-well worth it !

On time. On budget. No drama. Very professional installers respected the property and left it better than they found it. The easiest project ever!
