We’ve had a great experience with Zen Windows. The quality of their windows and screens is excellent—solid, well-built, and they’ve really made a difference in our home. What impressed us just as much is their customer service. We’ve had to use the warranty twice, and both times they responded immediately and replaced the windows without any hassle. UPDATE 4/30/26 Matt from Zen Windows contacted me and was extremely empathetic and was very apologetic for everything that happened. He offered me a much more substantial discount which I accepted. I updated my rating and while it's not a perfect rating, I think it reflects the overall experience I had and I hope this helps Zen Windows handle rare circumstances like this better in the future.
