DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used Zen to clean my chimney after I noticed smoke coming into the room during a fire in my fireplace. I read the reviews online and felt they were a reputable company. I was charged over $1200 for 45 minutes of work. The worker used a round broom to clean my chimney. He left soot and debris in my firebox, on the hearth, and floor.
