Previously was a reliable company so we had stuck with them for years. Started noticing algae spots in pool, but they were responsive and cleaned them. But now, the pool has turned green twice this year—on a pool with fresh clean finish, pump, and filter! Once for Easter weekend, and now just in time for Memorial Day weekend.

I wish I could give a worse review... algae on a brand new pool. Countless excuses... blocking my number. This is a sorry excuse for a business.

Great communication when I need something check or replaced. I love all photos they sent after pool is being cleaned. And the text prior to arriving to the house. I have 4 dogs and that's great to know ahead.
