After placing a claim through FAHW, Tina called me and scheduled us in and now our refrigerator has been fixed!!! Tina was awesome...very professional and related to our issue on hand!!! And her appliance tech knocked it out of the park! The tech not only showed up on time but was friendly and very professional and within 20 min, he had finished installing a new ice maker and reset the refrigerator's cpu.
