Scam artists. My roof is leaking, the solar does not produce anything like it did in 2021 (because it's dead now), my real estate tax rebate was never filed (after many numerous attempts phone/email), the whole thing was just a crap experience. Not even NYSERDA can help! If you're reading this, please find me! Let's sue the pants off of both of their companies! They don't get to rob homeowners and get away with it!

They do not respond to customers after the install, My number must be blocked by them Because when I call it says the number is not reachable from my phone!! We successfully had our system installed back in 2016 and things went well. However, this summer our system stopped working and getting any response from YSG solar was impossible. They did not answer the phone. Did not return calls from many voicemails and only responded after many weeks when we filed a BBB report. YSG Solar hired my company to survey a large property for them. I completed all work and was never paid. I have been chasing them down for over a year to get paid and they have been dodging me every step of the way and even evading the debt collectors I hired. I have never experienced a worse client or company. Stay far away from this company!

I'm not even sure if YSG is a real company or just a front. They installed the solar panels on my roof, for the previous owner. over the years I have tried to call them a few times for questions or maintenance and no one really answered or sometimes they did but never followed up. But recently I have a small leak in my roof, now the company that installed the panels usually offers a 25 year warranty that if the panels need to be lifted off to fix the roof they do so. YSG did a stellar job on my solar project. A neighbor of ours had a system installed by them and we were curious so we called them up. Our salesperson was very non pushy, informative and to the point. 6 months later and our bill is 1/4 of what it was before having solar installed. Just finished claiming our last solar tax credits and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend.
