This was my follow up inspection on my new build Requested Mike again as he did my original and as usual did a great job. He was very thorough. Explained everything and I had the report within the hr Thanks again Rio and Mike.

I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by our inspector Manu Kamealoha. He was very professional and incredibly thorough. Strong attention to detail and very knowledgeable. He took the time to be sure our home was move in ready and said he will always be available for questions long after our home has been lived in.

Reached out to Rio Bravo Inspections about scheduling in progress inspections for our new home being built in AZ. They were very responsible, answered all my questions, and were flexible I’m scheduling the inspection. After the inspection they quickly communicated the result via email and text. Highly recommend.
