These are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Jimmy’s nephew is worst than him I have spoken to him more than once trying to get the shelf pins for the cabinets that I purchased from them. Jimmy’s nephew keeps giving me the run around. His favorite line is “Let me call my warehouse to see if the order for the pins are in… I will call you back” and needless to say… he never calls you back. I had heard of Yonkers Cabinets from a contractor, and decided to give them a try. It is a family-owned business that is small but very busy. When I visited their location, I met with Rich and dealt primarily with him throughout the entire process. Rich (and sometimes Jimmy) remained in constant communication throughout the entire process from start to finish.
