I love this company. This is the second time I have used them. I called around to four different companies. I had a quote in the 400s, a quote in the 500s, and one for $600! The women in the office were fabulous to work with. The tech who came out, Scott, kept me informed, told me what to expect going forward, called me twice while I was at work to give me more information. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I would absolutely use this company again.

I signed up for a one-year service plan with Yankee Pest Control last year. Today, I received a call from their technician about scheduling a new appointment. I explained that the one-year plan had already expired and that my tenant hasn’t reported any pest issues, so I hadn’t requested further service. After contacting their office, I was told that the plan automatically renews. This was never clearly explained to me when I signed up. They claimed it is stated in the agreement, but it was not

Yankee Pest Control has been excellent. They are responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The most recent visit with Kendra and Corey was so helpful. They are good problem solvers who listened to all of my concerns, thoroughly addressed the issues, and answered my many questions with patience and friendliness. I highly recommend them.
