I talked to Jason about the strong salt taste in my water and need someone to come adjust the unit. That was several weeks ago and I guess you don’t get any help after the filters installed.

These guys are AWESOME! We met them at the Home and Garden show and you can really tell they know what they are doing. They are upfront and give you all the information you need. Jason and Corey came to our house to install our water softener and I can not say enough good things! Definitely have these guys come out and install yours!
