BEWARE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I drove more than an HOUR to the property where I had an estimate appointment scheduled with XRC. They confirmed the morning of the scheduled appointment, and then CANCELLED less than an hour before they were scheduled to arrive. They had NO CARE, NO CONCERN, NO RECOURSE. We had a small problem with some stucco beading rusting and needing repair. I wanted to make sure the foundation was stable. John Cooke came out to check it out. The foundation was fine, and there were no major problems that needed repair. He explained what we could do to fix it and provided a step-by-step list of what was needed. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and in it to help the customer. If we ever need big work done, I will definitely be reaching out to John.

Ended up not moving on a property for other reasons but John C was extremely helpful, prompt in coming out for quoting and had great follow up. Looking forward to working with him in the future.
