The place makes it impossible to cancel your membership!

I have emailed and have called multiple times with no answer to have them cancel my monthly subscription for car wash. I have not used in service since of January and they still keep taking their monthly charge from my credit card. Very bad business practices, taking money for no service provided. Called twice a day no answer would never ever give them my credit card again.
