I had an awful experience with this company. I started doing business with the technician in Charlotte, Eugene Ko. I paid him 1530 in two checks of 765 each in October. The agreement was for him to come out and do the following...repair sliding glass door, two pocket doors, broken vapor seals in two upstairs windows and repair screen door. I had communication problems from the get go. I called the office and left multiple messages and all with a machine but did not hear back from the tech. Final
