The company isn't owned by Wood's Plumbing anymore. It's now Intelligent Design. The plumbers from Wood's Plumbing didn't stay. The one great plumber we came across didn't last. There seems to be pressure from ownership for good reviews as well. Each plumber spoke to me about it.

Was very pleased with Tyler Manley. He was professional, nice and knew what needed to be done. Answered my questions and cleaned up. Even my dog liked him. Had used Woods plumbing years ago and will keep them on my contact list

Fantastic service Fabian was wonderful very professional and knew what he was doing it wasn't an easy job! I called at 7Am Fabian was here by 10AM. If you ever need a plumber call these guys.

We had a very positive experience with Intelligent Design Plumbing - Great communication with our plumber, he was able to help us in a pinch with a corroded pipe & calcified back-flow valve. Our plumber, (Shayne) was polite, knowledgeable, worked efficiently, used quality parts, and cleaned up after the job - and most importantly, he got to the real root of the problem.
