I am giving them 5/5 stars just because today they won me back over. Emma the girl who took payment over the phone was very nice and helpful. Usually I get a very unpleasant lady. Over the phone and when I was in person she wasn't very nice. Emma's customer service was wonderful.

The employees at Woodlands Village Self Storage are great. I have interacted with several different employees over the four years I have had storage units there, and they are all very friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I have never seen anything that was not working properly. I also like the fact they have carts to use when loading or unloading your unit. I would highly recommend Woodlands Village.
