We are very pleased with the work of Mike and Jeff with Wolf AV that installed two ethernet cables from the router in our closet to two bedrooms through the crawl space under our home. They had to drill down into the crawl space and were very careful to avoid water pipes, ducts, etc. In one room they had to install a new outlet and were able to get around the obstacles in the subfloor to drill up into the wall to the new outlet.
