My business has been with WM for 15+ years. They are consistent, respectful and the drivers are very good to work with. My biggest frustration is their annual price increase. It is nothing short of predatory for any company, WM included, to offer discounts and deals to new signees whilst putting in annual increases for existing customers. Very backwards.
