Site never up, and consistently gouging prices. I use service once a month and am now paying over $100 for 3 months. Shop else where, or you will be paying for others to use their services

Impossible to contact, double billed me for late fees that I shouldn’t have been charged for given that I had just signed up for autopay. Never picked up my bulk trash. They did get the rest of the neighborhoods bulk pickup, but didn’t come the day they said they would, which caused a lot of confusion and emails to the management of the HOA. They overcharge me; they won’t give me the neighborhood discount they negotiated with my HOA, yet I have no way of contacting them or changing trash servic

Still excellent service. I've never had a complaint with WM. They are professionall, reliable and customer friendly. I've never been tempted to switch to another company.
