No problem with pick up. Troubling that when I restarted from winter pause, I get a $75 charge for restarting, a month after restarted. Plus this includes a fuel $ adder even when the service trucks pass my property weekly all winter. Dumb adder in my opinion. WM sneaking in $ fees.

Horrible company. Avoid at all cost. Trying to cancel my trash service and they're just ignoring me and still billing me.
