Leaving this review in hopes that someone gets in contact with me. My brand new security system has been down for weeks now and i have tried to call multiple times as well as left multiple voicemails (the mail box is now full) the team at frontpoint can't help me and i can't get ahold of anybody at wise. Once i have gotten this issue resolved i would be happy to take down the review just please someone get in contact with me

So they updated their payment method and made you have to change when your payment is due even though you signed a contract for the 15th of every month you signed a contract for 60 months for 3999 and they pull out 5399 and then they make it where you can’t even call them to tell them that hey you’re making a mistake.
