Wise Home came to our home in March of 2020 after our daughter was born. We decided to give them a shot and sign a 36 month agreement. We choose Wise as we were told at the point of sale we could move with the system and there would be no fee to move. Fast forward to November 2021 and we are moving now. I gave them a call and there is now a $200 fee to relocate the alarm and its an internal policy that is never discussed. I have paid my bill on time for the past 17 months they do not care abou
