Keep looking folks. Company responded to a home location to do the inspection knowing they did not have the needed permission and entry code to complete the inspection. That little stunt resulted in a trip charge. This was after being told by the realtor that permission to complete the inspection was not given as of yet. Company stated they didn't get an official cancelation of the appointment. Cancelation??? They didn't get the confirmation of entry to start. #Moneygrab.
