Our technician, Jim, was fantastic! He arrived on time and explained everything that he would be doing during the inspection and cleaning. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions I had. He brought pads to layout and left my fireplace cleaner than when he arrived which was obviously the goal but he also vacuumed the cobwebs around my mantel and things were definitely neater than before he arrived. Jim from Wisconsin Chimney was worth every penny and now I can enjoy my fireplace
