For the past several months I have been getting my alarm notifications, but not receiving anything on my video feed. I have called, complained, and today I am being told it’s because I live in Slodona, aka Sedona, AZ. We have virtually no competition here for high speed internet, so I am stuck with Optimum, which is only slightly better than the SuddenLink they took over. If a company cannot properly deliver the best quality data in an area, why are they allowed to do business here?
