I booked an appointment for my Control4. Jeff showed up exactly on time. He was very professional and kind. He explained everything so that we could make the right decisions moving forward. He took the time to find us a new control box. Even went and picked it up and came back and installed it. Due to my schedule, he will be back to update it. But in the meantime we're very happy. I started using this company for my Lutron 3 lighting system. Matt is incredibly punctual and very easy to work with. He really knows his stuff in programming scenes. I think I'm going to give them a shot at taking over my Control 4 system. Looking forward in doing business with them again.
