I am writing on behalf of a friend who called Windward Electric. She wanted to give fair warning to others of Edward's total UNPROFESSIONALISM. He came once to identify the issue, asked for $400 (which she gave), didn't show up to next scheduled appointment and told her he got the dates wrong. Then set another date and never showed up and never called.

I cannot recommend Edward enough. Extremely responsive and helpful. We called him without power late on a Friday night and he immediately began trying to help us. Definitely recommend this business to anyone for their electrical needs.

A big thank you goes to Edward rom Windward Side Electric! He did an amazing job fixing all sorts of electrical issues we had both indoor and outdoors today. We are planning to have him and his company back soon for more projects. They definitely deserve a five-star rating!
