The customer service was excellent! Before the electrician, Edward, arrived, the company sent me his picture and personal information so I would know who to expect in my home. Edward introduced himself, asked how he could help, and got right to work. He was very professional and cleaned the area thoroughly after the service. Before leaving, he reviewed the work done and ensured it met my satisfaction. It was simply awesome!
