Window works was sold from Leaf Home to a private owner and the new owners will not honor the lifetime warranty for anything installed before 1/1/2024. I have had nothing but issues since my windows and doors were installed and now I have no way to get repairs done without spending money. I have attached a video of my sliding glass door during the rain last night. Good luck to anyone that had anything installed prior to the above date. Window Works was great to work with from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and helpful when setting up and confirming the appointment, and they were able to send a technician out very quickly. The technician was kind, professional, and efficient. He quickly identified the issue with our windows, explained and demonstrated the problem clearly, and even showed us how to fix it in the future if needed. Overall, a smooth and positive experience — I’d definitely recommend Window Works!
