I reached out to Window World to replace our back windows in the den. Everything was going great and I had no issues with waiting the additional time. We were quoted 2-3 months of lead time by our sales rep, Shawn Smith, it took a little over 4. Not a big deal. I have contacted Anthony G. of Window World in Orange County regarding unacceptable conditions of the Custom Exterior Wraps around my new windows several times (8/31/2020, 9/14/2020 and 3/18/2021).
