UPDATE: Ken Webb followed up, was very apologetic and accountable, and I really appreciate it. Review will stand as a reminder to his staff to do better. If you didn't order windows, don't worry...Window World will still come to install without your authorization. I should make this clear: We never ordered windows, never had anyone come measure for windows, didn't speak to anyone at Window World. WW called last week to change appointment time. Odd because I didn't have an appointment. Oh well,
