Great product and very responsive. We will without hesitation use them in the future

Window Outfitters, Inc. did an exceptional job installing our 6 new windows. They also cleaned up so well afterwards that it looked like it did before they installed the windows. We highly recommend them for anyone needing new or replacement windows.

Unfortunately, our experience with WO was very poor. Multiple mistakes and miscommunication on their end. I'm not a window expert, but I was expected to be. Very disappointed in many areas. Too bad they don't want to make it right after we spent thousands of dollars. We're making sure our friends and families don't hire them because we don't want anyone else to experience this headache.
