The customer service is a huge issue. We’ve been working with “Kevin” for over a year to get a screen that actually fits. Lack of communication and excuses about subcontractors have grown tiresome. Great windows when there are no issues but good luck getting any help when there is an issue

My father in-law had new windows put in his house a little over a year ago and he has spoke to the manufacturer and a gentleman named Sam bout getting them warrantied because they leak. They told him they would come check them out and worked on them but still leak air at an amazing rate. He contacted them again then they informed him that all windows leaked some air that there was nothing else they could do.
