The group was on time, did what They said they were going to do and did it well.

Terrible customer service rep that answers the phone and schedules appointments/handles issues. He gave me the biggest headache of my life. I hired Window Hero to service my home and get it ready to sell on the market. Dealing with that dude while driving cross country, I do not reccomend. Great technician. Lovely guy. He did a good job with no issues. His manager had him call me instead of the phone rep calling back because of said, above issues.
