ETA was 0800-0900, Eric called at 0810 told me they were about 45 min out. Eric and Terrence arrived almost ecactly 0900. Prompt and professional, explained the tasks, provided the written estimate. Cleaned 30 windows inside and out in about 2 hours. Could not ask for better job, Thanks Eric and Terrence.

Sid was very personable, explained the process and follow up procedures and did an excellent job installing the tinting to our windows and glass door.

Interior & exterior window cleaning

Awful experience. Booked service 3 weeks out. Never got any confirmations leading up to appt. Day of, I reached out to inquire about what time they would show up, and only 3 hours later did they call to say that their crew quit and no one would be able to come. We had a big event at our house the next day, which we had to clean windows ourselves for. Not dependable, clearly, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
