This company is extremely difficult to deal with. I've been with this company for roughly 4 years, and their customer service is just absolutely atrocious. They always cut you off, get extremely defensive, and never try to hear us out to resolve the problems. They'll really try to test your patience. Alex came in and was very professional, and even offered to reschedule our service. He even apologized for the inconvenience, he came in and cleaned out our grease traps with minimal effort and was very cleanly with his work. I recommend this service for their professionalism and work ethic.
