LOSS HOME INSPECTION. The inspection report was too detailed and made our deal fall through. Included in the report was a .5”X.5” paint chip on the exterior, a loose screw in the wall that made the thermostat wobble, and 1 broken roof tile. He and the buyer are working together to flip homes and create extensive, bogus inspection reports to get concessions from the seller. They then use this concession money to remodel the home and flip it. #BBB

I have used Bob and my chosen home inspector for the past 7 years. He is thorough and informative with my clients. If the buyers are present at the home inspection he does a complete tour of the home and explains everything (not just the issues) to them. If I was buying a new home he would be the inspector.
