After one year, the steps started pitting and eroding (I can see the gravel underneath). I have called/emailed and left numerous messages with no response. I even sent pictures. No response. The driveway and patio are still good, though.

We are SO happy with their work! They replaced both of our driveways and we could not be happier. The crews are very professional, they are efficient, and they asked us our opinions throughout the process to make sure they were giving us what we wanted. We could not recommend them any higher!
