Horrible service. Women that runs or owns it extremely rude and not helpful in any way

How do these people know a pass is not needed to get into Malibu or Pacific Palisades to work??? Not only did I rearrange my entire week to accommodate their schedule, but they were rude and dismissive. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I actually think they just wanted to start their weekend early. Shame on you.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Total jerks with the WORST customer service ever. And I mean EVER. Go ANYWHERE ELSE but here.
