William was great. He exceeded my expectations. I had a list of about 10 things and expected about half to get done. He completed 9 of them and we decided not do the 10th. Very personal.

William arrived bright and early to diagnose the lack of hot water from one of our hot water tanks. Within an hour William had the tank producing hot water. My wife is looking forward to a hot shower!!

William fixed our low voltage lights in the kitchen. When the newly installed transformer failed, William returned to fix it again with no charge. We very much appreciate their willingness to make it right at no cost to us. Our only mildly negative comment is that the appointments were changed multiple times. In fairness, our task was not urgent as evidently some of the reasons for the change were, but still mildly annoying.
