I had lost my fur baby Flookiee in Benson, about two months ago! Now!; This lady thought it was her neighbors dog, took it home and said oops no it's not . Then let him go! The next day I found out from my dog sitters he was missing (it was home during the day) . Our Benson shelter was closed so I call the BPD. No help! Spoke to an Officer who was able to look up my dog threw his Microchip. . Nothing was said. Then they introduced me to I guess our Benson Animal control no help! . I my self fina

The women that answers the phone is very rude, they are constantly unavailable and do not return phone calls, and became very defensive when I mentioned trying to get ahold of them and not being able to.
