I hired Ramberto to lath and stucco a new window we had installed. Before Ramberto left we asked him to check the parapets on our flat roof. They were not in great shape so we agreed for him to return to do the job. Once he began the work the parapets were a lot worse than we thought thanks to a shoddy patch job by the previous owners.
