Never showed

We scheduled an appointment about a week in advance and had someone at the property to meet them for the estimate. On the morning of the appointment, we got a call saying they wouldn’t be coming because our home in Morristown was too far. While I understand the location might be out of the way, canceling at the last minute felt unprofessional, especially after confirming. We’re coordinating multiple estimates, and this wasted time and effort on our part. I’m not giving a one-star review because

I am posting this review for my ex. He wants to thank (He thinks her name is Pam) for coming out to Peeples Valley today and fixing the heat and air unit. Have a place in Yarnell...contacted this group and got a call back immediately. Issue with ac system not working. Patty came 15 minutes early today for 7:30 appointment. Got the job done quickly and affordably. She was extremely knowledgeable and knows her trade well. I found a trusted business close to home. Highly recommended. Very impressed.

Wickenburg air is the best! Patti was on time and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. We left to have breakfast, came home and the air wasn't working again. The owner Brandon came out on a Friday afternoon and found the problem, fixed it and it's been great ever since. Very affordable, wonderful customer service would recommend them every time!

They have installed many air conditioners and to my knowledge only one or two did they need to redo overall 10/10
