Buyer beware! Look out for their cancellation policy. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our order the following week after putting a $12k deposit down. He charged 20% of the total for restocking fee.$5500 for restocking! The system wasn’t even ready or programmed yet. Further more Brian was hard to reach sometimes taking days to return phone call if you were lucky enough to get a response even before we ordered our system.

I am writing this review about my experience yesterday. Myself and my aunty went in just to simply ask what cords were needed for battery supply, and was met with the rudest person i have had to deal with in a while. He told us he needed to be payed to just look at it for no more than maybe 5 minutes, im not an expert and thats what it took myself. We have purchased two solar systems from them. One smaller one and then a larger one for our house. They have been incredibly helpful with follow up questions and helping my husband with the first system to set it up. If you're looking for a good solar system, they've got it, and they will help you with any questions you have

I'm setting up my first solar system (that I didn't purchase from these guys). Came in to buy some wire and everyone was really nice and took the time to explain what I needed and what to do. I could have fried my system without their help and expertise. Can't recommend these guys more, and thanks for all the insight and custom made wiring.

Our system is working perfectly! We bought a 5k system and for some reason the inverter was having some issue at no fault of the owner. The owner tried real hard with the manufacturer to find a fix. He was nice enough to change out the inverter with another brand and with a 6k system. The owner made it right!!! Everything is working perfectly!! The batteries charge like they should! The crybabies out there should pay attention to their usage and get the right system instead of complaining about
