We needed a maintenance check on our 20 year old a/c and heating units. Dallas came out, performed the check up and recommended some new parts; not unexpected due to the units age. We set-up that appointment, asking for Dallas again. He showed on time, worked diligently and ensured that both systems were in perfect running order before he left. The technician, Dallas, was very cordial and jumped right into diagnosing the problem. He had to bravely go into a crawl space under the house to find the cause of the power outage. He found the problem and gave advice on what an electrician needed to do. That helped me and the electrician get the AC working in short order.
