I had a car that got totaled. I didn’t even have any service done by this shop, but the customer service in helping us with insurance and working around our schedules even after they were closed… easy 5 stars. If I ever need body work done I’m definitely going here. Very nice people.

Billy and Summer did a great job guiding us through the complex process of working with insurance companies in a total loss situation. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were made whole. They didn’t have to do any thing, but they took care to make sure we understood the process and we were taken care of. We will continue to go directly to White Mountain Towing and Collision anytime we need towing or repairs! We are “flatlanders” but wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Lady at the front desk was rude to my husband. I would proceed with caution.
