Great shop, very helpful staff

We ordered block retaining wall caps from them and clearly stated we needed caps and sent a picture detailing exactly what we needed and listed the spec of the cap we needed. They sent us half blocks which are clearly not caps and sent them to us anyway and will not help us in getting the correct material. Left us with expensive material we cannot use. Garrett the manager was not helpful or understanding of the mis order. I would expect better business with local contractors.
