I called concerning issues with my Trash service. I called at 8 AM. Left a message. It is now after 3 o’clock and they close at four and I still have not received a call back regarding my Trash service.

How have I been paying for service every month and they have not taken my trash in months? My dumpster has been over flowing now. These guys suck, terrible.

Worst company to pick in Kingman AZ. I recommend any other company that services your area. They will make loads of excuses for their shortcomings. I just dragged my can 1/4 of a mile because their driver cannot handle dirt roads. Pick any other disposal company, they are 1/5 for sure. DO NOT pick Westside Disposal, you will regret it.

This company is the worst! They consistently skip picking up our trash. When we call to inform them and ask for a credit, they refuse. IF THERE WAS ANOTHER TRASH COMPANY WE WOULD FIRE WESTSIDE DISPOSAL!

I had no issues while using their services for over 2 years. Was able to get through on the phone today to cancel my services. We moved and have trash services as part of our rent now. I didn't pay the bill I got knowing I was moving and that it's 2 months in advance. Just have to wait for the final bill to make the last payment.

Supposedly talked to some kind of owner today and because the trash could not get down our road because of the road that he tore up, it was fixed previously before he tore it up and then they had to come back two more times to fix it, which was his blender. We are not allowed credit so if for some reason, the trash guy cannot get to you you still have to pay no matter what how asinine is that AnyWho you can look at the pictures on the reviews and see the ruts that the trash driver dug up with hi
