Not a fan. I spoke to someone on the phone who said it would be $99 for an inspection where they would use a camera to see in the pipes. When they got there they said it would be an additional $400 to use the camera to inspect. They also recommended I call some one who is a basement expert which they implied they were. The technician was very friendly but he couldn’t do anything to help me unless I paid the $400 to inspect it.
