This business is very unresponsive. It usually schedules two or more weeks out and when you try to make a call to have a service, no one gets back to you for days and days. The scheduler Janine was extremely rude and not helpful with regards to a time-sensitive situation for a real estate transaction.

I had bought a used pellet stove, and they came and did a completely new install. I'm very happy with it. They even made sure everything worked like it should. I'm ready for winter!
